1.2 Scope of Services

TLG offers a range of logistics services, including but not limited to:

-> Freight transport (full truckload and less-than-truckload)

-> Warehousing and distribution

-> Courier and express delivery

-> Specialised transport (e.g., refrigerated, hazardous materials)

-> International shipping

TLG reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

1.2 Scope of Services

1.3 Customer Obligations

-> Accurate Information: The Customer must provide accurate and complete information about the shipment, including weight, dimensions, value, and any special handling instructions.

-> Packaging: The Customer is responsible for ensuring that goods are properly packaged to withstand transportation and handling.

-> Compliance: The Customer must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including customs regulations and export controls.

-> Payment: The Customer agrees to pay all fees and charges as outlined in the invoice or agreed upon by both parties. Late payments may incur interest or penalties.

1.4 TLG’s Obligations

-> Reasonable Care: TLG will exercise reasonable care in handling and transporting the Customer’s goods.

-> Compliance: TLG will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

-> Confidentiality: TLG will keep the Customer’s confidential information confidential.

1.5 Liability

-> Limitation of Liability: TLG’s liability for loss or damage to the Customer’s goods is limited to the lesser of the declared value of the goods or the actual value of the loss or damage.

-> Exclusions: TLG is not liable for loss or damage caused by acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or other events beyond its reasonable control.

-> Indemnification: The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold TLG harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the Customer’s breach of these Terms and Conditions or the use of TLG’s services.

1.6 Insurance

The Customer is responsible for insuring their goods against loss or damage. TLG may offer optional insurance coverage, which will be outlined in a separate agreement.

1.7 Force Majeure

TLG shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government regulations, or supplier shortages.

1.8 Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with immediate effect upon written notice to the other party in the event of a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

1.9 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Victoria, Australia.

1.10 Amendments

TLG reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on TLG’s website.
